US Bank / Mastercard Gift Card
Hold on Mastercard gift card

I have a mastercard gift card that I attempted to use at the pump at the local mobil station. I did not realize that I should have gone into the store to perform the transaction. I did not purchase any gas yet there is a hold on my gift card. I have called Mobil and the gift card issuer and each blames the other. I desperately need these funds released. Can you please help?
