US bank hidden fees & marketting calls - Checking Account

Since I open Us bank account I started getting lot of marketting calls. They are selling your info. Marketting guys know lot about me.
Also, they do not inform you when you open acoount that we can not have account not used for long time. They have hugh charges for having dormant account, weekdays 8 dollar & weekend 36 dollar. Any other banks does not have these things. Like PNC closes account if you do not use it for long time but do not charge you exorbently.
