Marketing calls after opening account and dormant account charges

Since I open US bank account I started getting lot of marketing calls. They are selling your info. Marketting guys know lot about me.
Also, they do not inform you when you open account that we can not have account not used for long time. They have huge charges for having dormant account, weekdays 8 dollar & weekend 36 dollar. Any other banks does not have these things. Like PNC closes account if you do not use it for long time but do not charge you exorbently.
