Ocwen Federal Bank UnWanted—Not Requested Options got me in Temecula, CA

For the last several months, Ocwen has been adding 'OPTIONAL"" Insurance fee's to my mortage-payment—each time I would call— (which in it self is a task—just getting thru is an accomplishment) I would tell them I don't need nor do I want their OPTIONAL Ins.—Yet it remains on my mandortory billing statment—I don't like the way these people do business—One person went so far as to tell me, the word Optional is just a play on words, that I had to pay, since early last year, evey other month or so Another 'OPTIONAL" fee has been attached to my payment...
