Bad costumer service

Horrible support, not once, but 3 times. I unfortunately offered them the advantage of the question and attempted their support again and each and every period it's been a large dissapointment.

They not just do not provide the freight promptly (may take as much as 5 yes five weeks to get a container togo in the people to Mexico) they sent the deals each and every period imperfect, exposed and lost products. Plus they stated the insurance-do not protect this, they state that they're not accountable for just how long the freight requires to visit in one place to a different... And lastly they merely don't reply the telephone. They disregard the calls, they hang-up on me, plus they just consider my calls after I contact from the new quantity, that will be absurd, somebody must stopthis chaos and guard the costumer they shouldnt be still on company they're a large huge fraud
