Abusive Customer Service

I have been treated terribly. Nelnet is standing in the manner of me having the ability to buy my first house by declining to create a notice telling my possible bank that I'm still in college which once I graduate I'll have the ability to make an application for lower cost options. Thats it. No guarantees no methods simply the sincere reality particular to my requirements. Not just did they refuse me and proceed to refuse me this notice they handled me with disrespect and rage, never once attempting to observe my perspective and sometimes even faking sympathy. These were bullies who appeared pleased to refuse me what I required providing no choices, no remedies, with no comprehension. It had been an abusive condition on several occasion. Terrible, horrible treatment of additional people. Completely terrible.
