AI, Baxter Bailey and Associates Beware - Complete Scam - Stay Away

Glad to see more people sharing their stories about this company. It is true, they make their money off hard working people that are so busy working hard at legitimate businesses that they don't have time to follow up on their debt collections. So these guys come in seemingly like they are saving the day with their offer to collect debts. And then as soon as they have your money they are cold and evasive.

They talk on circles, make excuses and lies. They told us that they were not able to collect a debt for us. Little did they know I had been in contact with the company they were collecting from "on my behalf" and was faxed copies of the cancelled check that they company had sent them and they had cashed. They will lie on top of lie but they will not pay you your money.

We even went to their office on multiple occasions to try to rectify the situation. Once we had the police meet us there. Nothing worked. The police said they would freeze bank accounts and put an end to the operation but then it went no where. I don't understand why and how these businesses can so easily get away with running a dishonest business, but they can and they know it. They know every loophole and they use them to avoid paying what they owe you.

It should be easy as showing the police your paper trail and bank records, but we had a slam dunk no denying it was a scam and they stole our money... Still nothing was done against them. My advice... Stay away from them no matter what name they try to operate under... They are crooks!
