Bancroft Wright contacted me on a daily basis until I questioned the amount of their maintenance fees. I no longer have access to customer portal to do daily check as promised and user account name

I have invested in silver with this company and was told all sales or purchases would be okayed by me prior to any action. Was told i could access my account at anytime. The client portal has denied my username ever since i questioned bancroft wright about the high maintenance fees, trades to gold instead of silver all without prior notice to me.

Prior to my questioning i was contacted almost daily requesting i send additional monies while it was still available to purchase at the days prices. I have not been contacted since nor have i been able to contact them.
