Biased State Auto 04/13 Accident Chargeable At-Fault

1. On 4/13, complainant Daniel B. Taylor's car received sidewipe same direction collision, by Gladys N Earl, 115 E. Mckellar, Memphis, TN 38109, driving a 2011 Honda. While complainant, Daniel B. Taylor, was preparing to make a right hand turn off Elvis Presley Blvd., onto East Shelby Drive.

2. Complainant, Daniel B. Taylor, received citation from the Memphis Police Department, for Failure to Maintain Safe Lookout, and Financial Responsibility Law.

3. That on about October 18, Ticket ID M122656, Driver's License NO. 044694352, Traffic Court Judge, 201 Poplar, Memphis, TN, Phone 901-545-5400, dismissed all charges against Mr. Taylor.

4. On 03/15, State of Tennessee, Department Of Safety & Homeland Security, Driver Services Division, Financial Responsibility, PO Box 945, Nashville, TN 37202, Phone 615-741-3954. Stated: Based upon the information Mr. Taylor, submitted and a review of the investigating officer's report, we have removed the points assigned for the cash on April 13.
