Unsolicited mail and pending charges

On April 25 I received unwanted email declaring that I'd before approved - by telephone - a regular withdrawal of $14.95 FOR WHAT??? This isn't someting I want, desire or care to manage particularly since I have didn't obtain something from you. A is likely to be submitted using the CALIFORNIA TRADE COMMISSION. I'm an 80-plus yrs old retired instructor and survive an extremely meager revenue. Used to do not knowlingly purchase anything-but might have been taking a look at a web-based website and sometimes even unwanted emails which come in like bugs. I'll spot an end payment on this instantly. Our only revenue is minimum Social Security Pension and am also on Food Stamps for myself along with a mildly disabled person son.
