Nationwide Court Services, Randy Phillips illegal practices

Received a call from a Randy Phillips from Nationwide Attorney Services. Or Court Services, he couldn't seem to get the name of his supposed company correct. He called my work and cell and left illegal identifying information on a general voicemail (not mine) including the last 4 digits of my social security number. He states he was working on behalf of Triad and had a wage garnishment order due to a judgement. He got very angry when I started asking questions and asking for the case number. He gave me some bogus number that isn't even the proper court case formatting, and got very angy and yelled at me when I told him I thought this was all bogus, and I would contact my lawyer to decide what to do. I filed a complaint, and also called the court to find out about this supposed judgement and it does not exist. Tied to find this supposed company and it does not seem to exist... I assume it is another Triad tactic. I did look up the number and it looks like Randy is calling from a suburban home in Orange County, not a company.
