Missing statement led to late fees and interest refused removal

I didn't receive a credit card statement for the previous month. Then this month's statement arrives with late fees and interest. I asked them to remove the fees. They refused. I canceled my account. I think everyone else with a US Bank credit card account would be wise to do the same. Don't let them rip you off!
