For a team leader, he's a vary poor example one that sites at a desk and does nothing. Sent paper work by fax to his e-mail and it took two weeks to fine out not all the paper work came though he sent to American Financial Resources inc which took two weeks to get back to him to tell him some was missing. Point if he had checked the paper work he would have seen some was missing. Two weeks went by and the same thing happen again. Poor leader poor service and bad company to deal with.
