One time replacement warranty is a scam

My families spent more than 50,000.00 on electronics product at Fry's through out the years, everything we bought we spent money on the extended warranty as well. It took fry's 7 months long to fixed my tv and nobody able to tell you straight answer about status of the repair. When my black berrybold 9700 key pad stopped working, they replaced it with a blackberry storm which not even close to what I had. They did have the same model blackberry bold 9900 but they refused to honor it. I went to the store manager MIKE GOODMAN (phoenix store general manager) this old man is horrible he was not even listen to what I have to say. He got loud with me and asked me to leave the store. I had a copy of his store's service contract and wanted him to point out where does it says that he can downgrade the replacement and why he did not honor it. I had never get the answer, because it was embarrassed, he was kicking me out the store. I got no respect for this old man MIKE GOODMAN who working at fry's electronics in phoenix as store manager. I wanted to complaint to the state but It was just too much work. I hope they will get big fine about their scam warranty someday!
