FA loan money not being sent to me!

I had been informed my check could be shipped on the 11th, then your 18, then your 20 and today the 27th! SERIOUSLY. I've needed to market my vehicle to purchase a brand new laptop and so I might remain in college since somebody smashed into my space and got my notebook. I'm residing in a resort nevertheless just for 2 more times since I'll need to abandon. They keep informing and informing me they're delivering the cash and nothing! I really like the college total only question FA and also the means they function. I'm condidering another college at the moment.
