Asked for set payments and didnt take the payment but filed a notice of default instead

I put up cost plans with Machol & Johannes for January 29 in the centre of Feb and that I understood I needed additional time. So that they delivered me a cost guide for every Capitol one-card (2). I'd been on medical leave for 16 weeks and all messed up my credit. I had been attempting to spend one-card down at-at time-but the person who I talked with was really rude and hung-up on me the very first time I talked towards the organization since I'd not accept the cost he desired. I sent off my bank account info for both cards on the cost publications they sent me. One for $64 plus one for $62.

Today I get two sees from their store and also the region declaring I had been obtaining a notice of standard and to remedy.

I'm not in standard I delivered them the payments plus they actually display that I had been in standard in my own March 29th funds. So that they realized I'd dated the cost publications for 3/29 so that they clearly got the cost deals.
