I was charged like others, $79.95 for this service. I have not used my credit card in a long time. I am still in the process of paying it off. I then saw on my bill

I had no idea what this was about. I remembered signing up long ago for consumerinfo.com, BUT I had NEVER RECEIVED any report whatsoever. Each time I tried to log in it said I needed some sort of number of which I NEVER RECEIVED.
