After 4 years in figthing in court so we wouldnt have to foreclose on the house, one are free lawyer chicken out, so now all that is left is file chapter 7 and let them have it. Its bad when you cant speak english or write or read. So due to this we will be homeless. I feel like im back in cuba. Homeless and broke, dont mortgage your home or youll be like us. We have no rights, noone wants to help!
