PanAmerican Metals of Miami Deceptive, Unprofessional, Unethical Business Practice

My Grandfather was contacted by this group of Gold and Silver "Investors". Do not let that name fool you. Once they discovered that he had worked hard his entire life they called him relentlessly to invest more and more money. They even forced him to respond back to them from his hospital bed after he had a stroke to send more money, under pretense that he would loose a massive sum if he didn't.
He believed he was purchasing physical silver and gold, where in reality they were performing Margin Trading and lost a massive sum of his money when the price of silver dipped. They happily took an extremely large commission on the loss, and then a second commission when they made another poor purchase with the leftover money. Once the money was used up, not a single phone call. No remorse, no caring, no actual desire to perform a service to a client and profit anyone but themselves. Just massive commissions taken without any conviction about loosing nearly 350,000$ from a man dying of cancer and a recent stroke victim.
