They forged my signature on their documents, and then started deducting money from my bank account weekly!

They came to my office and solicited my company's credit card processing services. They offered a competitive rate plus a gift card program for free. I expressed my dislike of the wordiong of their contract which stated 'Non-cancellable." The salesrep who seemed reputable assured me that the agreements were cancellable told me she would secure a letter to this effect. I agreed to her program pending receipt of her "cancellable confirmation" letter. I did not sign her documents.

About a week later I receive not one, but two invoices based on agreements I did not sign, and fees started coming out of my company's bank account every week, including fees for the so-called "free" gift card program. When I complained, I finally got my refund, including bank fees, but even more fees started coming out of my account.

Eventually, I communicated with the company's president in Cleveland. He blamed it all on the salesrep and refused to make reasonable reparations for the problems they caused. My advice is to stay away from this company.
