Family Harassed by Callers Posing as Investigators, Cussed Out

My family members along with myself has been harassed by these people for the last year or so. They would call and say that I was a part of an investigation, then when I begin to question them about the call, the agents or the "sergeant in charge" would cuss me out, calling me all kinds of nasty names.
I informed them that I would do my own investigation against them, with the authorities. This statement made them even more irate, and the cussing resumed, I then hung up the phone. How these people are getting my family numbers is a mystery. My sister had to get a new phone number and somehow they got that!
