Keeps charging monthly fees even after termination of agreement AND tries to charge a "de-conversion fee" of 350.00 even though we fulfilled the 2 year agreement

We signed up with this credit card processing company in 2007. They always charged hidden fees and always raised their fees annually. We eventually grew tired of their tactics and stayed with the contract for the agreed 2 years, then canceled.

They continued to charge us monthly fees even though we were no longer a customer and then they tried to collect a 350.00 'de-conversion fee' 3 months after we terminated our relationship. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE unscrupulous crooks.
