Ripoff fraudulent company

With my awful credit situation I was almost estatic to see I was Pre-approved for $6500 credit line NO INTEREST RATE EVER. That's where my instinct told me to really read the letter.in the front it tells you the annual fees, membership fees will be offset and added to the line of credit, basically fooling you into thinking there is no fee, but if you turn the page around and read under the ACH debits authorization they do charge $199.

That's besides the point, I thought, hey let me check what CCA is and what kind of stuff they sell before I activate this... No website but I found complaints, reports, ripoff stories, etc. I would have never wanted CCA to debit my account monthly, good thing I was skeptical about this. Hopefully no one else falls for this.
