H&R Block Tax Prep Svc is extremely overpriced and a ripoff unfortunately... Beware! - H&R Block Tax Preparation Service

This review doesn't come easily as I am someone who would almost rather pass off my bad service in hopes of the "next time" being much better, however in this case, that is just simply not possible... Had a decent exp as much as one can when having their taxes done until the end of the 1.25 hours of time which alloted to $414.00!!! Really? For a one person, itemized tax return on someone who only made $15K last year, due to professional unemployment reasons - you're actually charging me nearly twice what others would? I had to wait until the last minute due to the simple fact that I didn't have the "typical" amt of $150 to do them, or I would have done them myself, however with what little monies I do have, I needed to be sure all of my deductions were properly accounted for, and I trusted them to do the job - but this was robbery - no other way to explain this, and by that point, I was backed into a corner with no recourse - I want my $ back, and I want due process - unbelievable, and I am most dissatisfied... How can they sleep at night?
