Ripoff held me in captivity so i could not switch my loan due to their bogus accounting procedures

Ought my house with pnc / thedecided to refinance to pay off debt and new century said no worries sold me in a block to ocwen mortgage which i was not made aware of till almost 3 months later and so goes the story i tried to make up the payments and finally had them transferred but since they were late i had to suffer late fees on top of the transition and i grinned and bearedit.

Then all of a sudden in the second year of being involved with this un feeling and totally corupt company i find that i have no homeowners insurance according to them, but i still try to correct the situation i send them by fax 3 times the same materials and then they still say don't worry about it it will take 30-60 days to correct itself.

But that doesn't happen the next thing i know i send in a payment plus a late charge and they apply it to my hazzard insurance therefore putting my last two payments in jeopardy causing me to fall into default even though i sent the proper insurance information on 6 seperate occassions and 3 were sent return mail / reciept and not to mention the numerous phone calls trying to clear up the problem.

I have cancelled check and bank records and they still insist it is my problem now they are starting again because i told them i am finding another lender. And the whole thing is starting again, WHAT RIPPOFFS THEY ARE SPREAD THE WORD...
