Do not use this company for your collection needs. They are very unprofessional and scams! I called to check on my files... They stated they did not receive any payments from my debtors. However, my debtors had letters from this company stating their accounts were settled! They kept talking "in-circles" because could not come up with an answer why that was the case. Basically, they collected the money, and kept it, without paying our percentage. They pride on being in the local Dallas area for convienience. Do yourselves a favor... Use a large known company.
