ACS LEGAL SERVICE n 4/4, this company called and left a message on my business phone saying that she was Gina Davis from a local magistrate office near me and that a perton that I am not familiar with was going to

Yesterday, this company called my business office loolking for an individual that I am not familiar with. They left a voice mail, saying that she was Gina Davis from a local magistrate's office wanting it to be known that " was being sued for fraud", unless the toll free phone was returned that day. Can you image, first that they identified themeselves as a governmental office and secondly that they call a business office looking for an unknown indvidual and leaving such a treathening message. Which prompted me, to contact them today only to told that they did not know "Gina Davis" and that they would remove my number from their file. How would this Gina Davis know ACS phone number?
