They tried to charge me $115.00 for an ingitor and told me I was getting a discount at that price, their price book said $143.00. I had them take the part off and picked one up at the local heat/air supply store for $25.00. That is almost a 600% markup on just that one part! Check your prices on parts before you let these people overcharge you. On the other hand, the serviceman was a very nice man and when I showed him on the internet the price of the part he completely understood and said he was only doing what his boss, Virgil Davis, had told him to do. Not to mention, when you call the office and ask the lady who answers the phone the cost of a part, she's VERY rude and just says she doesn't know! This business is a joke! Go elsewhere!!
