What they say on the phone when sell you their service is not fully true

Merchant ONE was very aggressive in selling their service. I had few options but their sell rep got me the best rate; I told him that we are new in the "selling" and wold like to try.

After 2-3 months we couldn't sell much and closed the web site; I then realized that merchant one still charges us monthly and I closed the account. To my surprise I had to pay cancellation fee of $750!! I called them and explained that nobody told us about this and this is a lot of money for small online shop (we just tried it...) - they didn't even want to talk to me; all I got from them - I got to pay. I asked to talk to some manager - they have never called me back. However, my accountant discovered the charge from my business account (they can do it!!!).

Bottom line - they don't care about you and your problem; be careful when you sign and do not trust the sale rep - they will not call you when you have any issue!

Bad company, very bad service and bad attitude. I don't believe they deserve your business.
