Took My Money and Didn't Help

I called Instant Tax Solutions because I got in trouble with the IRS and my wages were going to be garnished. They told me they could stop this from happening if I gave them $4,950.00 and I currently owed the IRS a lot more than that which they told me they could reduce. I paid them in full and then a month later got notice from the IRS that they were going to levy my stuff. I told them about hiring Instant Tax Solutions and they told me that nobody had been in touch with them about my case and that I needed to call them.

When I called they said they were talking to the IRS and everything was taken care of but I had a really bad feeling but I believed them. 30 days later an agent showed up at my house and took my car, and my wages were already being garnished from my paycheck, and every different representative at Instant Tax Solutions was still telling me they were going to fix anything. I asked for my money back and the owner told me it was all the expense of the "investigation". I am very upset and hope this company goes out business and that I can get my money back somehow.
