I decided to go to Instant Tax Solutions with my IRS problems because they had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau and they promised they could resolve my tax problems. I gave them $4,950.00 up front and waited patiently and heard nothing from them for a long time. Then, out of nowhere the IRS started taking from my wages and they took my car. When I called the IRS and told them I hired "professionals" to take care of my problems, they said nobody had investigated my account except for me. I called Instant Tax Solutions and was very upset and asked for a refund of my money. They told me NO and said that the money I gave to them was for the "cost of the investigation". I am so angry and hope that no other consumers get scammed by this company.
