Augustin Cortes (not real name) Illegal practices to collect a debt, obscene language, refused to stop calling, threatened violence

A young black (sounding) male called me identifying himself as "Mr. Augustin".

He called after 9pm, used obscene language, threatened me with violence, threatened to let my co-workers know "that I owe money", refused to pay attention to the fact that I asked him to cease calling. He called 4 times in one day, on one occasion I asked him to identify himself (whole name). He said he was "Augustin Cortes". When I googled this name I found a news article about a kid who got killed crossing the road by that name, at the intersection next to Cruse Road where Everest Debt Collection is located. Did this guy use the name of a dead person to collect a debt? This is beyond messed up. These people abuse every law known to man and should be put out of business. The irony is that I paid a medical bill late (but in full years ago) and my information was still forwarded to these clowns. I called Everest management to complain but they are also totally uneducated. Bad employees are the sign of bad management. Abusive practices are the sign of no policing. Maybe in Lawerenceville Georgia you can get away with using the names of dead people to collect debts. This is way out of line. I am on the National Do-Not-Call registry, the Florida Do-Not-Call registry and I do not owe any debts. The employee that goes by the name Mr. Augustin (e) should be fired, he is a liability to any organization and lacks basic training.
