(William) Received email to call them. Said could help them unless I gave them personnel info over phone

Received email stating a payday loan payment had not been paid and to call them at 1-855-883-2270. They wanted me to give personnel information over the phone. (example ssn, mother maiden name and drivers license number.) I told them I don't release that information out over the phone. I told them to email me the name of the company that say I owe them money and I will deal with them directly. They told me unless I released that information to them they would not be able to help me. I had already identity stolen once with my taxes so I'm leary about releasing information to a company I'm not aware about.
