Unauthorized charges

My spouse purchased anything from their store in June.in July, Norm Thompson started getting our Amex card $14.95 for many benefits program. My spouse didn't approve the program. Had no idea what it had been. When questioned of a spoken or written agreement, NT has nothing to aid their charging our consideration, and so it is deceptive. After I understood the things they were performing, I approached them, and after some cajoling, they decided to repay the whole quantity (Over $300.) Don't allow them escape with repaying any significantly less than the entire quantity, and that I hope soemone sues them. It is what they require.
