Unauthorized monthly "membership fee"

I had been going right through my 2011 charge card claims and discovered a regular automated "account charge" withdrawal of $14.95 to Norm Thompson Benefits. I called up the amount about the declaration and was informed that I'd purchased anything out of this organization greater than a year-ago and in those days after I was purchasing from their site there is a "pop up" having said that that I needed to be always a participant. I don't recall seeing this "pop up" and would likely not need provided my okay to some regular charge. They individual who I had been speaking with who displayed Standard Thompson site stated that there is nothing he might do but stop the account from today on. He's gathered significantly more than $200 from me and that I haven't utilized his site because the very first time I created an order. I obtained his journal within the email and named to-order one product greater than a year before.
