Ripoff! They took $299.00 out of my checking account for a credit card

On May 13 Everest consumer services took $299.00 out of my account. The $299.00 was for a credit card that I never received.

I have contacted the company. They said that the money would be put back in my account on July 15. On July 16 I contacted them again because the money was not back in my account.

They stated that there was an error in my file, but that it would be corrected and to call back in a few days and they would give me a new date that the deposit would be made.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by Jeremy Employee ID# 561 that supervisor don't take phone calls and there was no way that I could speak to one.

It is now July 26 I have tried to call back several time and can not get through, I keep getting a busy signal.
