Ongoing charges

I been billed now for more a year after I delivered them continuous emails stating stop getting me plus they maintain receiving me I'd like my reimbursement. I reside in Australia and that I can't enter connection with them-and because of proven fact that we reside offshore I've no idea ways to get for them accpet delivering them an e-mails. Please assist me. My lender believed to me I should of sanctioned this plus they can't do something. I am pissed-off today!
