I have 4 straight months in 2011 where this company is taking $18.95 per month out of my bank account. I tried to call the 2 seperate 866 numbers but both were disconnected. I disputed with my bank and they are also investigating. I am interested in speaking with these people to determine the validity of this and have a credit made to my bank account.
