I plan to be at the Open House. I will be handing out copies of the "consumer complaints" to arriving applicants.

If you want to "max" the interview, I suggest you take the time to read what customers and former employees have to say. I am willing to lie, cheat and steal. I have no problem forging documents if asked to do so. I will never question anything that is asked of me. It is not my problem if we must charge high fees and interest rates. Show me the money, I will be your whore.

So here's what we do, boys.
1. Give customer high interest loan using inflated appraisal. Throw in pre-payment penalty and tack on a huge fee.

2. When the customer gets into trouble we will refer them to our Home Retention Specialist. We should be able to justify another huge fee.

3. Finally when the customer realizes they headed for disaster, we will refer them to our Foreclosure Specialist. Hopefully we can squeeze any remaining money we can get from the deal.
