Greater Acceptance Mortgage Corporation
Rip-off! Beware of their shady business practices

Business & Finance

Greater Acceptance Mortgage did not disclose to me the Federal Truth in Lending Statement or Good Faith Estimate within the parameters of the Truth in Lending Law, which is 72 hours after application.

In several initial discussions they lied about the closing costs fees and did not disclose that there is a first year penalty fee if you refinance with another company.

In addition, just before the closing they underhandedly tacked on exhorbitant fees to the loan amount in order to make a huge profit at my expense. Consumers please beware of their fradulent business practices.
