Stole my money - I tried to cancel timely - they wont refund my money

I was offered a free trial. I called timely to cancel. I did one for myself and one for my son. They would not refund my money $29.95 each. I had no access to TransUnion at all and they did not care. I was not able to correct errors on our credit reports. Beware of this scam.
