Hacked/fraudulent charges

Our charge card was billed five occasions within the quantity of $10.00 each between January 9-13 and that I am REALLY discouraged about this. It experienced facebook and that I was compromised, locked-out, my pc turn off for all times before we're able to actually have it back and operating again before we noticed what happened! May NOBODY atleast provide us a telephone number to contact about that???!!! It transformed my title to "facebouk" in addition to a number of my friends.

Please advise!
