6 months in limbo over refinancing

We were contacted by Hunter Financial Group on September 30. We were promised that they would have no problem refinancing our loan and we have sent in numerous times everything they have asked for. Now it is March 8 and they told us that they need more paperwork sent in and that we have to pay for another appraisal on our house. We paid for the first one last October. They took over 6 months and still dont have an answer and expect me to pay for another appraisal.

I have talked to their vice president of operations and the direct manager and they dont even return your phone messages. Dont believe all their promises. I would apply somewhere else if applying for a loan.
