Overcharges, poor service, and automatic contract renewal-all bad!

This company is NOT reputable or honest. They overcharge fees and even double charge and are not very cooperative or concerned. Also, read your contract carefully, as they will automatically put you into another 2 year contract if you do not opt out 30 days before your original 3 year contract ends. Through the years, they continually tacked on extra fees, raised rates, and hoped we didn't catch them. Then when they agree to refund charges, they dont! I fear we will need to close our bank account to stop the fees. Beware of united bank card!
