Worst SERVICER out there

Simply an update on my own situation together. I quit producing my funds for them last Sept. They've not had the opportunity to convince me that they're only a servicer on the mortgage which was transferred. Spoke to my lawyer. Explained to leave from my house. Our funds are $705 per month. Attempted to obtain a loan modification, might just reduce it $50 per month. Today they deliver me sees every fourteen days, looking to get me at hand over my secrets for $3000 cash or $7,500 cash. Oh and obtain this, a week ago I acquired another notice informing me I really could obtain the mortgage loan modification. Exactly what a laugh. I've been coping with these fools for just two years now. No online entry, no claims, no deals, simply provide us cash and yet they never documented my mortgage using the region by which I stay and from what I Have been informed that's illegitimate, they cannot foreclose. Within Mi it requires 2 yrs, and so I may delay, not spend a cent, so when they ultimately stop me out-take my cash and work and hire someplace.
