Engineer said house could have fallen on us and killed us

Your company first sent out an adjuster that was drunk and did not do a through job on the claim of 11. Then your engineer calls us and tells us that if the tree would have fallen over 6 more feet the house would have fallen on us and killed us. Patrick said he was waiting on the engineer that your company sent out and then he said that he was writing up the claim and would get back to us and he did not. We are now homeless and had people to help put us in hotel that has to be paid. We need what we paid for. Why did patrick lie to us and now your company is not paying for the home that is not livable? This is said that this is how you do disabled people that pay their bills and are now homeless.
