Ripoff Credit Card Scam

Everest Consumer Services is a mojor Fraud. They got me in Late may for $299 with the promise of helping to re-establish credit with a $2500 limit MasterCard. I asked them who the issuing bank was and they replied Charter 1 Bank.

They also stated that if I changed my mind I could cancel the debt to my checking account. I went along with it but, did try to find info on them on the internet and came across nothing.

When the fee was taken I waited two weeks and then called to find out where it was in processing. It was not until July 10 that I saw the posting of the fraud info. I have filed for a reversal with my bank and am awaiting the outcome.

I have also talked with my local law enforcement and advised how to proceed if the bank can not remedy the situation.netCHEX is the name on the draft that was submitted. I will update as to what happens.
