Rip-off! Customer service hung up on me twice. Misleading!

Stay away from these people.in my initial phone call I was assured that a $ 299.95 was a security deposit and would be refunded into my account 3 months from that day. I then called back a week later and was told that the 299.95 was a fee and would not be returned to my account.

They explained the fee was for a medical package which I know I would not have paid for concidering I have full medical insurance. I have yet to receive anything in the mail. When asked I was told I should have it withen 14 days which makes it impossible to canceI 14 day trials which I was assured was hung up on twice by customer service representatives. I am going to file with the New Jersey Attorney Generals Office. These people need to be put out of business.
