Was accused of criminal activity without basis of fact

Visited Kirtland FCU this morning to deposit check. Observed my consideration was $12000.00 short. Satisfied with boss who mentioned he had complete power to deal with balances at his attention which I had been moving to much cash into and out-of consideration that was illegal. Haven't missed a cost had @29000 in bank account along with a credit rating score of 721. Are in possession of an advantage $6000 stability in my own former charge card bill. Never received something written down about consideration issue or deposit issues. Suggested in my experience that there is no complaint or appeal process which his term was closing. Am an 80-year old battle expert which was charged of legal action without foundation of reality. Any guidance as you are able to provide me could be greatly appreciated.
