Improper & Immoral Business Procedures

Went to Kirtland FCU this afternoon to deposit check. Noticed my account was $12000.00 short. Met with ceo who stated that he had full authority to handle accounts at his descretion and that I was transferring to much money into and out of account which was against the law. Have never missed a payment had @29000 in checking account and a credit score rating of 721. Now have a plus $6000 balance in my former credit card account. Never received anything in writing about account problem or deposit problems.indicated to me that there was no grevievence or appeal procedure and that his word was final. Am an 80 year old war veteran that was accused of criminal activity without basis of fact. Any advice that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Darold D. Christiansen SMSGT. USAF Retired.
