Fraudulent billing. Rip-off!

I must not have been paying attention to my account because the fee of 149.95 was taken from my account without me saying anything about it. I finally figured out what happened when I was sent a form telling me that if i didn't call a certin number i would be charged a 249.95 renewl fee. I called and cancled my account then i go in touch with my bank to figure out how this had happened.

I was told that i would not get my money back because i had not noticed it within the 60 day period. I never called Homeworks plus and never got a call from them. I was needless to say a little upset with them. My bank was kind enough to see what they could find out about this company and they sent me to this site. It told me about the company and how many others had been taken advantage of.

I decided to write what had happend to me so that others would not make the same mistake that i did. You have to be sure to check your monthly statment with a fine tooth comb. I missed it and it cost me a lot of money that i really need. Someone else has a number that they posted that may help me or others.
